We would LOVE the opportunity to talk with any CFs that are looking for a wonderful clinical fellowship year with a great mentorship support system that has been in place for over 15 years with very experienced supervisors, as well as any experienced SLPs with their C’s that are looking for a wonderful team to be a part of where they can see patients one-on-one in a very supportive clinical environment that provides all materials, tests, supplies, toys, computer, therapy room….anything that is needed. Providing Speech Therapy Services For Adults & Children
Young Talkers has been proudly serving the speech/language and feeding therapy needs of children and adults on the Grand Strand for over 14 years. We have speech-language pathologists wit specialized training and certifications in many different areas to help us provide quality speech therapy services.
We service children with the following needs:
- Reading difficulties / disorders
- Feeding / swallowing disorders
- Tongue ties
- Articulation / phonological disorders (difficult to understand when speaking)
- Receptive and expressive language delay / disorders
- Stuttering
- Hearing impairments (cochlear implants)
- Social and pragmatic difficulties for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder
We serve adults with the following areas of difficulty:
- Brain injuries
- Strokes
- Swallowing disorders
- Aphasia
- Dysarthria
- Apraxia of speech
- Voice disorders including those related to Parkinson's Disease with difficulty increasing their volume
