Throughout my graduate school experience in Seton Hall in New Jersey, I worked in 3 different diverse clinical settings including a middle school, outpatient hospital, and a long-term acute care hospital. I had the privilege of working with children and adults with the following diagnosis: Apraxia, Aphasia, Autism, Dysphagia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, Fluency Disorders, Respiratory Failure, Dementia, Phonological Disorders, Cognitive Deficits, and Mixed Receptive-Expressive Language Disorders. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with patients aged 2-92. Throughout my experiences, I have worked in the following areas: early intervention, articulation, phonological processes, cognitive deficits, memory, swallowing disorders, autism, traumatic brain injury, AAC, and many more! Throughout graduate school, I have completed the following trainings: SPEAK OUT! Therapy for Parkinson’s: Grant Student Training Course, Dynamic Temporal & Tactile Cueing, Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MBSImP: Swallowing Training and Education Portal, etc. I moved to Myrtle Beach in order to be close to my family, the warm weather, and to complete my clinical fellowship year! I am very passionate and dedicated to this field and I cannot wait to help individuals achieve their communication and swallowing goals!

Our mission is to provide quality speech-language and feeding therapy services to the pediatric and adult population in order to enhance their verbal/non-verbal communication and feeding skills. We accomplish this by identifying concerns through specialized evaluations and the development of goals to meet the needs of the patient and the family.
