Work History:
During my time at Wayne State University, I gained valuable clinical experience across a variety of settings, including outpatient pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, where I worked with the craniofacial team, aerodigestive team, and cochlear implant team. Additional placements included elementary schools, a private practice, Down Syndrome achievement center, and the WSU Speech & Language Clinic. I also completed a six-week pediatric feeding course at Children’s Hospital of Michigan. These diverse experiences allowed me to serve clients across the lifespan with a wide range of diagnoses, including childhood apraxia of speech, acquired apraxia of speech, speech sound disorders, stuttering, aphasia, expressive and receptive language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, and individuals who use AAC devices.
After graduating in May of 2025, I moved to Myrtle Beach to begin my clinical fellowship at Young Talkers. My professional goal is to provide neurodiversity affirming care and empowering my clients and their families through education to help all children achieve their communication goals!
